Chorus Flowers appear closed when held in hand or dropped

Chorus Flowers don't appear correctly when held in hand or dropped. In the inventory, it appears open. But when held, dropped or etc, it appears closed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a chorus flower on end stone
2. Wait for it to fully grow (increase the random tick speed to speed up the process)
3. Shoot one of the chorus flowers with a bow
4. Pick up the chorus flower
5. Reload the world

Observed Results:
The chorus flower appears open in inventory, but closed when held, dropped, etc.

Expected Results:
It should appear open when in inventory, held, thrown, etc.
