Game crashed and now no games load

I was playing, saved and quit but console was still on changed to different save screen flicked music became single noise, black screen xbox turned off. Now no saves load and i cannot even create a game. So pissed off right now. I let it sit for a few days so i didnt scream and curse but now i want to again
