Increase trade even after curing the zombie villager

I cured my zombie villager to flecher and i cured him five times to get 1emerald trade but when I traded again (when his trade were 1) he got out of stock and when I went to trade again on next Minecraft day he was selling 26 sticks for 1 emerald rather than selling 1 stick for 1 emerald
