Lost health each time login with a block above head

What I expected to happen was...:
When i quit the game by anyway (Alt+F4, X Button, ESC -> Quit Game) and logon again, the game took my half of a heart.

What actually happened was...:
Instead, it's not cause any damage.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a 2x2 house with player standing on floor and blocks right on head of player.
2. Quit the game, then login again.
3. Notice that it make the sound like hurt sound and the health bar is half a heart missing.
