borders and other wall fence blocks broken

I was playing Minecraft and building my woodland mansion basement and since border blocks can now be obtained with /give in edu mode I used borders for the railing of the stairs (it fits in well with quarts) but then I saw the block wasn't properly in the correct model it looked weird and I think there is a bug
