[MCPE 0.13.0.b3]When the keyboard is shown in chat the rain sound does not play

MCPE:0.13.0.b3/0.13.1

It is raining in my world.
When I open the chat the raining sound stops,but when I close the keyboard the sound starts to play again.
NOTE:This is just a minor problem.
