I got some issue in achievement and playing offline

I can't find achievement anywhere in the game its not on the main menu or profile and it doesn't even pop up while i am playing and its not on the game menu too and i am sure that i logged in my Microsoft account
I can't play the game offline if i tried it just crashes and if i played and my internet connection was weak it just crashes for no reason
I wish you find solutions for my issues please because the game became unplayable
