Fences, Walls, Glass Panels and Iron Bars doesn't connect to Composters

I am not sure if this is a bug or intended, but Glass Panels, Iron Bars, Walls and Fences do not link up to Composters at all. This is inconsistent by the fact that Glass Panels, Iron Bars, Walls and Fences are connected by Trapdoors.
