Nothing is moving or breaking/dying

Everytime more than one friend joins my world everything starts freezing and no mobs can move also my friends don't appear moving on my screen btw nothing breaks/dies (as in blocks don't break/mobs don't take damage) this bug weirds me out (sorry if my sentence doesn't make sense
