Unable to re-connect Microsoft account to PS4

I am unable to re-connect my Microsoft account to my PS4. None of my realms were loading so I logged out and when I tryed to log back in it says that my account was already in use. I havnt used this account on any other PlayStation. I have done a lot of research and this seems to be a big problem I would just like to have this fixed so I can enjoy the game.
