Marketplace not loading

Marketplace will not load. It remains in the loading screen for a few minutes, then it will have an error message "unable to connect to marketplace, please check internet" The same issue happens while playing on the Xbox One X. This isn't a connection issue. My other son plays online with different games on both operating systems with no issues.
