Not letting me get on

I purchased Minecraft app on Amazon and have been playing it since August. Sunday it was not letting me get on it said I do not own it. I talked to Amazon and tried to get it fixed but they tried different things and it did not work but it still showed I have it on my tablet. How can I fix this.
