my friends fail to enter my world

hello, i'm having trouble getting my friends into my world via xbox live, i can get into their world but they never get to mine. I tested my account on another device and it worked, but on my current device it doesn't work.
Device: a30m7gt
Samsung galaxy a30s.

Edit: I did a test I created a new account and my friends managed to enter my world, then I changed the photo of that account, after that they could not enter anymore.
