Really laggy sometimes

When I am in my world, creative or survival, I feel like my device is lagging. I've turned on all the functions and even if I turn the functions off, it still laggs. The functions include, render distance, fancy graphics, etc.
I think this is a problem since my device has decent specs, 3gb ram and 8 processing cores.

Happens rarely with flat world.
