Weird block appearing in large clumps

I had a world on the Minecraft Java Edition 20w51a and I used MCC tool chest Pe to convert it to Windows 10 Bedrock. A weird block with the label unknown and the error code upd ATE! on it appeared in large clumps around my world. Is there any way to fix it?
