Door When Broken In Creative Mode From The Top Drop The Door Of That Item

When I broke the door at the top part of it. It drops the item of that kind so I don’t know if that a bug or it is intended but that happen in creative mode when I did this and I don’t think that you can get the item to drop itself when you break a block in creative mode but idk tho.
