Loading forever when using menus on Switch and Crash

Every now and again when navigating the menus or trying to load somthing like a realm or the marketplace. The game just endlessly loads till evutually crashing and attempting to close while its doing this also crashes the game. It happens a lot, sometimes making it near impossible to play the game at times.
