Minecraft Win10 crashes when i try to create a map directly to realm

first: my english is rusty, so try to understand me

i cant create map directly to realm, i need to create offline and then upload to realm or minecraft will crash and my realm will be impossible to connect (get various errors)

my internet connection was stable in every try
have original windows 10
have original minecraft
win10 & minecraft is updated

all drivers updated
have i3 9100f + rx570 nitro+

realm & map are 100% vanilla
