My shaders aren't working in my Minecraft for Windows 10

Hello, i have a problem with my shaders in Minecraft for Windows 10 (version 1.16.201)

The problem is that when i activate the shaders ,the gameplay continues with the normal Minecraft lighting.The textures still work,but only the shaders don't work.I already tried to turn some video settings off but it seems that nothing work.

Could anyone help me please?
