Multiple device crashing

Recently purchased the realms add on for mine craft. Has been working fine however, over the past couple of weeks the entire Minecraft program crashes after just a few seconds of loading the realm on anything but pc. Tried uninstalling the game and using the realm back ups but it still crashes after just entering the realm.
