Excute "Me" Command Syntax Error

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the game
2. Input command "/me 123: .."

Observed Results:
The print info is: Syntax error: Unexpected "": at "me 123: ..>><<"
It seems the command like "/me [string]: .." cannot run correct.

Expected Results:
The message is successfully sent to the chat.

Note:
Type a Space char between the char ':' and the string ".." .
