Minecraft Bedrock 1.16.201 input delay + low performance for low devices

Many bugs in this new update like input delay and low performance and also black background on custom crosshairs!

You shouldn't change minecraft bedrock launcher to renderdragon please fix this as soon as possible because many players were getting annoyed by these bugs.
