I cannot access Realm or Marketplace. It has been over three months and I have not received any appreciable help.

Minecraft Realms and Marketplace are inaccessible. This has been going on for three months and I've had no appreciable help. Yet I continue to pay my monthly fee for Realm services. I would like someone to help me access Realm and Marketplace AND I'd like reimbursement for paying for Realms for the past three months, when I've been unable to access it (or at least since I last contacted Mojang about the problem and was given no help). This is truly unacceptable!
