Minecreft opens the mojang home screen but closes on its own

I bought version 1.16.201 bedrock on the microsoft website, when I click on the minecraft icon it only opens the red mojang screen that then closes, it looks like the game is not loading. My internet is bad, wouldn't that be the problem?
