Amazon Fire Kids Edition

Daughter received a amazon fire HD 8 kids edition for Christmas. We purchased/installed Minecraft on the parental account and shared it with her account. It is not letting us create and play a world on the child's account. I can create and play a world on the parental profile but if I create a world on her account it says there was a problem loading this world, then when you try to create another world it just lets you change settings for the world and then doesn't let you click the create world button. I have tried allowing all permissions, uninstalling and clearing all storage, clearing cache and allowing all permissions and force stopping. I am at a loss of what to do and getting very frustrated.
