White line in hot bar and add friend window take a look in screenshots included this only happends in full screen

Steps to reproduce:

-open minecraft

-set resolution to full screen

-join server or world or realm or lan or friends world

u will se white line in hotbar

-go to game menu while in world

-click on player to show profile

-click add friend

u will see white line
