Founders cape is missing

When I got on Minecraft a while ago I noticed that my cape was missing. I've had the founders cape since last year and now I can only wear the pancake one. I'm pretty shure other people are having this issue aswell. If there are any devs that can help me you can email me using my linked gmail account.
