main world keeps saying "unable to connect to the world. Please check your connection to the internet and try again."

Ive been trying to play Minecraft on my xbox, but when i try to load my main world it says "unable to connect to the world. Please check your connection to the internet and try again."
(But i know its not my internet cause its working as normal)
