Game crashes and delets the item you just used shortly before.

I enchanted my armor and placed it on an armorstand. After that, my game crashed and when i logged in again, the piece of armor was missing. This has happend before, but with unimportant Blocks, but this time ist was  netherite armor. Kind annoying.
