Win10 Edition Multiplayer not loading

My friend invites me to his world through Xbox. I click to join his server but it gets stuck on the "Locating Server" text and doesn't do anything after that. This has been an ongoing problem for the past 2 weeks. My other friend seems to be having the same problem.
