Multiple Json errors randomly on startup

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Creator and enable "Content Log GUI"
2. Close Minecraft
3. Reopen Minecraft
4. When the loading bar stops at 40%, suspend Minecraft
5. Reopen Minecraft

Observed Results:
Multiple JSON errors appear.

Expected Results:
No JSON errors should appear.

Hi, I loaded up Minecraft and came across this on the main menu. 

After about 30 secs the errors disappears to a normal gameplay.
