Redstone lamps don't show up on maps

Repost of ~~MC-124331~~ for Bedrock Edition, assuming this isn't already covered under ~~MCPE-19228~~ (which handles incorrect colours).

The bug

Redstone lamps do not show up on maps. Instead, the block that is below them is displayed.

To reproduce

Place a redstone lamp on the ground
Create a map
→ The redstone lamp does not show up on the map
