Music plays continuously but can't be turned off in Farm Life

I have "music" in my game set to 0%. But with the new Farm Life, it plays continuously. It only turns off when you turn the "main" sound off, but then all the necessary game sounds can't be heard. 

The music is also a short loop repetitive and very annoying. It makes it hard to hear the necessary game sounds even when "Main" is turned on.
