ps4 realms

I'm playing on v1.16.201. I'm not sure if this issue was before the hot fix or not, but me and a group of friends started a Minecraft realm and one day I logged of the server to later find out i couldn't get back on. It would just load and tell me I had an internet problem. I thought that maybe it was something to do with my internet connecting to the server so I deleted the realm off my list and restarted my internet router. when I got back on half an hour later I was met with the screen saying " we could not connect to realms right now. We will try again soon." I can still use the join realm button and when I go to put in the code for the realm it tells me "Error: something went wrong. Try checking your internet connection." I have reinstalled my game twice and I have checked many times to see if my game has an update but it is fully updated. I doubt it is an internet issue, as I can play many other games perfectly fine. Please get back to me shortly, I'm loosing my marbles.
