My game on my Nintendo Switch freezes, glitches and won't load marketplace.

I keep getting a message "we're unable to connect to marketplace. Maybe check internet connection. I've tried reading other forums." I checked for corrupted data and reinstalled the game but to no avail. My game freezes and force closes periodically. Some of my items in my chests just disappear as well.
