Jukebox/noteblocks unable to be heard

So since the newer version of bedrock with the custom keys that allow you to change the volume of different things the jukebox/noteblocks aren't able to be heard on my phone despite it being all the way up. I've factory reset my phone a few times and it's worked on earlier versions so something's wrong with this version that causes it to not be heard anymore. Such a shame, pigstep was my favorite disc in game. I hope there's a fix for this. I really want to hear the wonderful sound of pigstep in game on my phone again.
