Zombie village spawn rate

I was a little hesitant to report this as i'm not even sure it's a bug because no ones really mentioned it but the consistency of abandoned village spawns are extremely high, to a point where it seems that it defeats its gameplay purpose, i've ran a really unprofessional and scruffy  test with a few creative world and i constantly find at least one and usually 2 of the first five villages are abandoned.
