When I get on minecraft on my switch it loads for a while 20min or 10 min

My switch loads for a while on the startup screen because ever since I got realms and added resources and behaviors from realms and downloaded the world it would   just load and when I close it say an error and right after 10 to 20 and maybe 30 minutes it gets done and sometimes players with players on switch and that are my friend on it it would only allow Microsoft account to join I would share more but this is only writing
