Died while planting seeds with no visible cause

Hello, Mojang, the bot told me that I should speak English to contact you and i'll try to do my best. So, the problem is quite easy, I just take damage or even die with no reason when i'm planting plants, you can see everything on 2 videos that i sent. I hope you'll cope with it, because it is really harmful for farmers.
