Community maps aren't compatible when supposed to be

Hey I'm having trouble accessing the community maps from the event because they are supposed to work on all devices but they said that they are incompatible with both my phone and iPad and I have the current version of Minecraft Bedrock. I'm worried that I might not be able to play the free maps even though I want to. If this is a bug plz fix.
