Cafe Simulator - skin not loading

Hello. I have been experiencing some issues lately with a game in Minecraft called 'Cafe Simulator'. Every time I load in, my profile (skin) is not loading, instead I get a default skin, but even if I try change it in game, there are only default skins available. Also, if I try viewing a different recipe, when I click on the arrow the recipe stays on the one already there. In addition to this, when I chop something on the chopping board and I right click it to take it, the food stays there. Please do something about this.
