Mcpack not working

I think this is a bug. After the release of 1.16.200 version my both global and behavior resources pack isn't working. Even I have downloaded a resource pack for the exact version (which is 1.16.201) but, it still doesn't work. It always shows loading resource pack but the resource pack doesn't work.
