Goats attack cameras

If you place down a camera and spawn a goat, they will attack it.

Step to Reproduce
1. Obtain a camera, either through Education Edition or an NBT editor
2. Place the camera
3. Spawn a goat near the camera
4. Make sure they have made eye contact with the goat, then wait for a couple of seconds
5. If they walk away without ramming the camera, replace the camera near the goat

The goat ignores the camera
