Oculus Rift: Left hand missing so no hotbar attached (and generally unplayable)

Seem to be many problems on Windows 10/Oculus:

• Entering the (not living room) game left hand is gone no hotbar attached
• The floating hotbars menus are obscured by ingame object
• The floating menu options do not allow scrolling all the way to the bottom so cannot OK settings
• Main menu screen the menu is far away and above me and so is going into the game (have to reset from Oculus menu)
• Snap turn does not work

Basically this version is totally broken and is unplayable compared to the previous version, please fix asap or rollback so we can play.
