Cosmetics on ps4 unlocked by achievements don’t let you collect

I have reported this bug 2 other times in previous upodates and it says it is fixed but it’s clearly not, I cannot unlock all the achievement based cosmetics and I have gotten almost every achievement in the game yet have nothing. Please fix this as i want to be able to make cool characters like everybody else
