Minecon Founders Cape MISSING!!!

When Minecraft received bedrock on ps4 and character creator it was great and the fact that capes became a thing for bedrock, for console is awesome but about last Thursday today being Monday 12/21/2020 I decided to play on my Xbox one instead I then later that night logged onto my ps4 and my founders cape was still on my character as expected but it wasn't actually in the cape section anymore. I don't have any proof of owning it other than it is on my character currently. HELP!
