Cloud Bug

When I loaded into my Minecraft world for the Hotfix, all of it started. This normally happens when I look at the sky or fly up. I looks like black barriers are around the clouds. It does not look usual and I'm started to get annoyed and ticked off by this. Mojang, please fix this.
