My Creeper Founders Cape Has Disappeared From My Avatar

One day I got the Founders cape so I put it on then one week later the Founders cape was gone from my avatar and if I equip my PanCape Cape then I won't have the Founders cape and I accidentally switched now I don't have my Founders cape is there any way to get it back? (and thank you for adding server)
