Character appearance glitch

Long story short my character wouldn't load so I decided to recreate it. I decided to use the crane arms item which I got from the Christmas marketplace special. When I put them on thy wouldn't show up so I decided to make my character into a creeper. When I exited the character editor I got the monstrosity you see in the pictures I attached. The only things that weren't affected were my head and my cape. ) Sorry if this is rude in any way, I am just trying to get this bug reported. I did not mean for this to be rude or mean in any way.)
