Mobs randomly teleport from one spot to another.

Mobs will appear  in one spot, but then will randomly teleport to a new location. For example this cow was next to my building, but all of a sudden teleported 60 blocks away. I think it’s a lag issue where mobs are actually moving that far, but the game freezes them in one location. When it finally loads the mob teleports to where they were last.
